Gratitude, grounding, energy protection, meditation Visualising what I have to do, goal setting, affirmations, Energetic breathing techniques, water, make the bed, cold shower, exercise, healthy breakfast.

Managing time with so many clients trying to get you on the phone. Important to stick to a daily plan to get everything done.

The ability to see life-changing results in my clients. I am able to help people be the best version of themselves and to complete their true missions in life with the highest possible return and the lowest amount of stress.

Running, walking, hiking, tennis, squash, golf, playing with my kids, meditation, podcasts, reading books, socialising with friends.

Killarney – love the lakes especially Muckross lake,
