Running your own calendar means time management determines your progress. The key to meeting your bigger goals is to prioritise smaller weekly action steps, so you don’t get sidetracked.
Q3- What do you love most about your job?
Helping others inspires me to learn more about how to be a better human. Submerging myself in the coaching industry brings incredibly real and positive connections in my life.
Q 4- What do you do to relax?
Time in nature refuels me and daily walks are a must. Meditating, connecting to spirituality and practising yoga grounds me. And nothing better than a book and a hot bath!
Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?
I can’t think of a better life than taking a campervan along the Wild Atlantic Way: mountain sunrises, sunny bbq’s, sea dips and beach sunsets. Stop in Achill Island!
Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
Australia will forever have a piece of my heart! The wildest and most heart filling experience was exploring the Kimberley.

Listen to your inner voice, trust the process and only ask people who you would take advice from.
