Q 1- How does your normal day begin?

Coffee first always….. then rushing to get the kids ready for school and back to the house for team meeting first thing to map out priorities, opportunities and challenges with the team.

Q 2- What are your biggest daily challenges?
Forward planning to ensure we have spare capacity to handle any curve-balls coming at us during the day. The nature of PR is such that we have to be agile and flexible to respond to clients for any urgent requests they might need support with.

Q3- What do you love most about your job?
The variety of the work, the people I work with (team and clients) and the opportunities it brings for creativity, problem-solving and reward. It’s a great business.

Q 4- What do you do to relax?
In our world, we are talking and communicating all day with people, so it’s really nice to just be on my own and distil and digest all that’s going on whenever I can get a chance.

Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?

I was in college in Galway and it holds a very special place in my heart. It’s a  vibrant bustling city of culture and character and some of the most majestic and magnetic landscape in the world.

Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
NYC –  it’s a city full of possibility and palpable creative energy. It never disappoints and I always learn something new when I am there.

Q 7-Favourite Business motto?

Business is personal! I always feel that business is done between people and not companies.

Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs

You can do it! Listen more than you speak and don’t let fear get in the way of your ambition.
