Q 1- How does your normal day begin?
A 45-minute run or work out at 6 am followed copious amounts of coffee before I get my tiny humans up and ready for school then emails for 30 minutes before I start check-ins with my team at 9 am.

Q 2- What are your biggest daily challenges?
Team engagement and motivation is generally foremost in my mind and never more so than these last 8 months while navigating cancellations and working remotely through the pandemic.

Q 3- What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to spend time travelling and help people make memories, travel has always been my passion. I love to explore new places, enjoy the cuisine and meet people.

Q 4- What do you do to relax?
Hiking the trails by my home in NJ or Road tripping around the US with my tiny humans but at the end of a long day, nothing beats a glass of red wine and some country music.

Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?
A hard choice but probably Galway – I love the vibrant nature of the city, the food, the culture and music all capture what it is to be Irish.

Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
Italy hands down. I fell in love with the country on my first trip to Venice years ago.

Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs?
Connections are key. If the choice is money or connections take the connections.
