I teach and empower women to identify and change toxic lifestyle choices that lead them to feeling anxious, stressed, unhappy or unfulfilled. Overcoming negative behaviours, beliefs and habits around food, relationships, health and career can transform our lives beyond belief.

How does your normal day begin?
I get up about 6:30, the first thing that I do is to meditate, and then I walk my dog and finally make some fresh juice. Every second morning, I practice yoga on the beach and jump in the sea.
What are your biggest daily challenges?
I’m very lucky, I don’t have many challenges, mainly because I keep my life as simple as possible. If I do experience a challenge, it’s usually my overly chatty mind monkeys losing the run of themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping women let go of whatever is causing them to feel stuck or traumatised. I suffered from anxiety and depression for decades and I know how empowering it is to break the cycle.
What do you do to relax?
I meditate, I get out in nature, I practice yoga and I love a good Netflix binge. I also love to spend time with my friends who are great fun.
Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?
My absolute favourite place in Ireland is Kinsale. I love the funky shops, narrow streets, cafes and beautiful harbour. There are some amazing restaurants there too.
Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
New York. There’s just so much to see and do, the city is so alive and vibrant and the people are so friendly.
Favourite Business motto?
Don’t do it for the money, do it for the joy and the freedom.
Advice for young business entrepreneurs
Avoid comparing yourself to others, stay in your own lane but be open to being inspired.
