Q 1- How does your normal day begin?

Workout and work, in that order – an early morning visit to the gym, followed by a scan of all media and a dive into the inbox, ahead of linking up with the Bannerton team on client priorities for the day!

Q 2- What are your biggest daily challenges?

Finding enough time in the day to work all of the media opportunity, news and views our very proactive and innovative clients generate.  We work with B2C and B2B brands and businesses that lead their sectors and have valuable consumer and business insights to share.

Q3- What do you love most about your job?

The variety, the satisfaction of profiling excellent people, brands and businesses and helping them reach the people they need to engage with.

Q 4- What do you do to relax?

I am one of those people who really enjoy working out – all those powerful energy-boosting endorphins!  But I balance it out with a sensible enjoyment of good wine and lightweight TV drama, like The Queens Gambit and Bridgerton.

Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?

Cabu Cabins are delightful designer log cabins, deep within the woods of Killykeen Forest Park in Cavan’s lake district.  A lovely hideaway and a great outdoor experience for all the family, including the dog!

Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?

Muskoka in Ontario, Canada, is absolutely breath-taking, with amazing countryside scenery and loads to do all year round, from winter sports to fishing, bike trails, hiking and more.

Q 7-Favourite Business motto?

The words of Apple founder, Steve Jobs, always resonate;

“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work.  And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”

Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs?

Choose something that you both love and are good at, and don’t be afraid to try something new or challenging.  You can never fail, once you learn from your experience.
