Q 1- How does your normal day begin?
I wake up about 6.30 am each day, but get up a little later than that! I start every day with a short meditation- simply grounding me into the day and asking my Higher Power for guidance- I’ve done this for 12 years.

Q 2-
What are your biggest daily challenges? Definitely saying “No”. I get regular approaches to provide my confidence building coaching but I am learning to be selective about who I work with.

Q3- What do you love most about your job? The fact that I can choose who to work with and then provide them with the tools to help them align their skillsets and then map their own growth journey.

Q 4- What do you do to relax? I exercise every day, mostly a long walk at the end of every day. I find it relaxing for my mind, body and soul to be moving in nature.

Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?
Definitely West Cork. I absolutely love the soft ruggedness, coves and beaches of the coast west of Kinsale- heaven on earth. The skies, the colour, the feelings – bliss.

Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
Australia. I’m biased as I lived for 10 years. Specifically, Sydney – I feel like I am in one of the world’s most important cities that summarises the heartbeat of the Land Down Under.

Q 7-Favourite Business motto? Build your confidence with your capability by asking yourself a) do I like this person, and b) do I respect this person and c) do I trust this person.

Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs Work on aligning your personal drive, with your strategic thinking and the opportunities to give yourself the best chance of success.
