Keeper’s Heart 10-Year-Old Irish Single Malt Wins Gold at 2025 World Whiskies Awards

Keeper’s Heart Whiskey is proud to announce that their Keeper’s Heart 10-Year-Old Irish Single Malt has been awarded Gold for Best Single Malt Aged 12 Years & Under at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards. This prestigious recognition highlights Keeper’s Heart’s continued rise as a world-class whiskey maker, blending tradition with thoughtful innovation.

Expertly crafted by Master Distiller Brian Nation, this release marks Keeper’s Heart’s first aged statement. Distilled in Ireland from 100% malted barley using traditional copper pot stills, the whiskey was matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Malaga wine casks.

The result is a layered and elegant single malt that showcases the complexity Irish malt whiskey is known for. Rich notes of orchard fruit, toasted oak, and vanilla from the bourbon casks are elevated by the Malaga finish, bringing forward delicate touches of stone fruits, honey, and marzipan—beautifully balanced by the whiskey’s signature malty character.

“We’re incredibly honoured to receive this Gold medal,” said Brian Nation. “This whiskey is a true celebration of Irish whiskey-making—complex, refined, and full of personality. It’s been a joy to bring this expression to life and share it with whiskey lovers worldwide.”

Since launching in 2021, Keeper’s Heart has garnered over 150 awards across its growing portfolio, including World’s Best Irish Whiskey at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and Blended Irish Whiskey of the Year at the World Whiskies Awards. This latest Gold medal for the 10-Year-Old Irish Single Malt adds to the brand’s momentum and reinforces Keeper’s Heart’s position as a rising force in the world of whiskey, where heritage, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship converge.
