Tourism Ireland – together with five golf and tourism operators from Ireland – is attending the Invited Champions Classic, an annual pro-am golf tournament, which is taking place at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina this week.
The event is an excellent opportunity to target a high-net-worth audience – with the participating golf and tourism operators from Ireland networking and generating leads for business in 2025 and beyond. Over 200 people are taking part in the golf tournament.
Tourism Ireland is showcasing our superb golf offering, as well as reminding golfers that The Open returns to Royal Portrush in 2025 and that Adare Manor will host the Ryder Cup in 2027.
Aisling McDermott, Tourism Ireland’s Head of Global Partnerships, said: “The Invited Champions Classic is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our world-class golf and to target a high-net-worth audience. This is just one element of Tourism Ireland’s busy promotional programme to encourage more golfers from around the globe to consider a holiday in Ireland. Our message is that Ireland offers golfers the complete package – with some of the very best golf in the world, spectacular scenery and the warmest of welcomes.”
