Q 1- How does your normal day begin?

We have a 4 and 2-year old, so anytime between 6 and 7 am the day gets started. We are usually out of the door by 8.15 am and I drop them to creche. Then it’s either the workplace or home office.

Q 2- What are your biggest daily challenges?

My primary focus is on Strategy, working on the business to ensure we are moving in the right direction. We have 100+ staff across 3 businesses, so it’s very important that their future is safe and secure.

Q3- What do you love most about your job?

Seeing our people grow and develop. Most come to us with little or no experience and all our managers have grown within the business. Our BillSave alumni are found in top positions with great organisations worldwide.

Q 4- What do you do to relax?

I love hanging out with my family, that’s first and foremost. I like watching rugby and football and I read/audiobook most days. I meditate now and again but wish I did more of it.

Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?

It has to be Cork, we have wonderful relations there and we enjoy staying in both the city and coastal regions. It’s a beautiful place.

Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?

We were in Dubai last year with the kids, we all had a great time, the facilities for kids were unreal and everyone was really friendly.

Q 7-Favourite Business motto?

Be open-minded, listen closely, back yourself and enjoy the ride.

Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs

Go for it, don’t fear failure as it visits all of us now and again, just be sure to learn from it. Time is wonderful, be patient, and study the power of compounding.
