Seventeen (17) tourism companies from Ireland are joining Tourism Ireland’s B2B roadshow in France. The four-city trade mission recently visited Nice, Lyon and Paris and will visit Rennes in early December.

The roadshow – which includes presentations, one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities – is a valuable opportunity for tourism companies from Ireland to meet, and do business with, French travel agents and tour operators.

The aim is to inform and educate the French travel professionals about Ireland and, in particular, our lesser-known attractions and hidden gems, and to win a greater share of their business for 2023. Tourism Ireland is also taking the opportunity to highlight ease of access from France to Ireland.

Monica MacLaverty, Tourism Ireland’s Manager Southern Europe, said: “We are delighted that so many key French travel agents and tour operators are taking the time to come and meet with our partners from Ireland in Nice, Lyon, Paris and Rennes – to hear about our lesser-known attractions and hidden gems, as well as the many things to see and do for their clients on a holiday in Ireland.

“The roadshow is a valuable platform for our partners from Ireland to showcase and sell their products and services and to ensure they win a greater share of the travel agents and tour operators’ business for 2023.”
