LIAM NEESON NARRATES 2022 DOCUMENTARY FILM ‘IRELAND’

Ireland’s rich history and culture takes to the big screen in February 2022, in a new Giant Screen documentary film, Ireland. Produced by MacGillivray Freeman Films and sponsored by Tourism Ireland, the documentary will show in select IMAX and Giant Screen theatres across the United States.

The documentary will be narrated by Liam Neeson, celebrating all aspects of our little island’s heritage, arts, music and stunning scenery. The release of Ireland is expected to play a huge role in the recovery of tourism from the United States in 2022.

The film will follow writer Manchán Magan and others on an action-packed journey from Dublin to Belfast and from Kilkenny to Conghe. Many of Ireland’s most spectacular landmarks will feature, including the Cliffs of Moher, the Giant’s Causeway and Skellig Islands.

MacGillivray Freeman Films is the world’s foremost independent producer and distributor of original Giant Screen 70mm films, and Ireland is expected to be seen by millions of people across the United States – inspiring them to put Ireland on their holiday wish-list for next year.
