The Home of Guinness launches Ireland’s highest Christmas Experience in collaboration with Dublin icons BIGFAN and Love Tempo.

Continuing its yearlong 25th anniversary celebrations, the Guinness Storehouse announces “My Goodness! It’s Christmas,” an unparalleled seasonal offering promising seven floors of festive magic by day, plus a brand-new nighttime experience with Love Tempo and BIGFAN, becoming Dublin’s ultimate Christmas destination.

This November and December, experience the Guinness Storehouse by day like never before, as it transforms into a spectacular festive wonderland inviting visitors to immerse themselves in seven floors of Christmas magic with a Guinness twist. From food, drink and décor, alongside surprise music and theatrical performances from roving trad bands to local choirs, there’s something for everyone sprinkled throughout the season.

Visitors to the Guinness Storehouse by day can stop by the cozy Snug N0.0llaig pop-up, reimagined as a vinyl listening lounge, to sample Guinness 0.0 whilst enjoying great tunes. Continuing in its commitment to platform Irish art, the Guinness Storehouse unveils “These Walls: Landmarks,” an exhibition featuring specially commissioned works by Hazel O’Sullivan and Niall de Buitléar, launched for Dublin Gallery Weekend and available to enjoy by all guests throughout the festive season.

As night falls, rise to where Christmas magic meets city lights with Dublin sparkling beneath you as the iconic Gravity Bar transforms into an unforgettable bookable festive experience, ‘Christmas Nights at Gravity’. Combining spectacular 360-degree panoramic views with electrifying sets from Ireland’s finest DJs, craft cocktails and festive bites, the Guinness Storehouse is proud to collaborate with Dublin 8 neighbours and beloved music-led bar Love Tempo and local favourite BIGFAN from 14th – 29th November, just in time for Christmas get-togethers.

Love Tempo’s cocktail menu is set to make a return, featuring two new cocktails with a distinctive Guinness twist, including a Plum Pudding Old Fashioned with Guinness spiced syrup and an Apricot & Sage Paloma. A lineup of incredible DJs, curated by Love Tempo, will also be on han,d providing the perfect soundtrack to this one-of-a-kind experience with sets from Sally CinnamonRicky ChongClaire BeckOnai, Shrem and more.

Ahead of the launch, Love Tempo co-founder David Parle said: “We’re very excited to be given the opportunity to bring a little bit of Love Tempo back to Dublin 8; just in time for Christmas. It’s such a lovely opportunity to see familiar faces from the neighbourhood at the Gravity Bar while we work on our reopening in 2026.”


Adding an exciting culinary dimension, Michelin Guide restaurant BIGFAN will introduce an exclusive festive bites menu for “Christmas Nights at Gravity”. Renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, neon lights, and buzzing soundtrack, BIGFAN is set to unveil five exclusive, off-menu dishes infused with unique Guinness flavours. Don’t miss the Dan-Dan Savoury Doughnut, offering an unexpected umami-infused surprise, the 1759 Duck Cone packed with crispy aromatic duck, topped with fragrant chilli oil and Guinness and Soy-infused Scallop Barrel Roll.

Ahead of the launch, BIGFAN Head Chef Alex Zhang said, “It’s always exciting to create something entirely new. Having cooked in Ireland professionally for 25 years, I have used Guinness in recipes numerous times. However, this is the first time I’ve crafted something so unique with it… the rich, deep flavour of Guinness balances so well with the spicy, fragrant elements of Chinese cuisine. We’re delighted with the collaboration. We hope you love the new dishes.”
