An early Happy St Patrick’s Day to you all!

Are you in a role, good or bad, but you always feel you have more to give in other ways? Maybe you are living someone else’s story and struggle to find your uniqueness?

If that is the case my guest this month will inspire you. Vicky Ferrier is Director of Talent and Capability of Very Group and I have been lucky enough to spend some time studying with Vicky during my own coaching journey. I was initially surprised that this person with such a people focus, amazing knowledge about coaching, such heart and such purpose, spent the bulk of her career in finance. I haven’t met too many finance people with an outlook like Vicky’s and I have always been curious as to how she has made the two worlds meet. This podcast is about great conversations and this is one of the best. We go right back to Vicky’s roots, through the challenges of corporate life and dive into her personal manifesto on being your own story. Enjoy episode 24.
