Q 1- How does your normal day begin?
Win your morning to win your day!
Meditation with a focus on inner child/re-parenting work, mindfulness and gratitude practice. Visualisations. 8-10 minutes in daylight within half-hour of rising. Exercise. Shower, coffee, light housework, dressing for the day ahead, laptop open and off we go!
Q 2- What are your biggest daily challenges?
Maintaining balance, not least within circadian space. Good food in the right portion sizes at optimal times, exercise, similar durations of quality sleep nightly, non-sleep deep relaxation throughout the day to process and reboot.
Q3- What do you love most about your job?
Research is Me search. Learning, unlearning and relearning, teaching too, are core values of my own that my work nurtures, when treating and coaching clients. Acting and media work provide healthy doses of vitamin P(lay) and vulnerability, emotional strength-building.
Q 4- What do you do to relax?
I am at my happiest in nature, strolling at a pace that feels restorative. Meaningful connection and a sense of belonging are non-negotiables for me. Spending quality time with decent, interesting, authentic, trustworthy people, grows me.
Q 5-Favourite staycation destination in Ireland and why?
I am presently staying in The Regency in Belfast as I do regularly. Splendour and opulence in a comfortable retreat. Here I can be creative, work remotely, and entertain guests.
Q 6-Favourite holiday destination worldwide?
I love sunshine and a sense of adventure whilst exploring new places. Wonder and awe in the presence of beauty everywhere. No favourites, yet!
Q 7-Favourite Business motto?
For me disruptive leadership is where it’s at, people determine the culture in organisations, not the other way around.
Q 8. Advice for young business entrepreneurs
When in doubt, psychologically flooded or overwhelmed, do less to achieve more. Practice curiosity and patience in the spaces in-between.
