Announcing a Unique Immersive Experience at Malahide Castle & Gardens: The Hunt Dinner Party!

We’re thrilled to unveil our brand new immersive experience, “The Hunt Dinner Party,” at Malahide Castle & Gardens! The inspiration for this unique evening stems from a captivating image of Rose Talbot returning from a hunt on Lambay Island, accompanied by her magnificent Irish Wolfhounds.

On Thursday night, we enjoyed hosting valued tourism industry members, key stakeholders, and esteemed tour operators for a special preview. We hope you enjoyed stepping back and experiencing a true taste of history! Thank you all for being a part of something we believe is truly special. We deeply appreciate your indulging us and sharing in this inaugural experience.

Guests were greeted upon arrival by the majestic Irish Wolfhounds, a powerful symbol of Ireland’s heritage. The journey continued with a little history but not as you know it as guests get to glimpse into castle rooms, interjected with just the right amount of theatre and comedy & brought to life with laughter and theatrical flair by the hilarious trio: Lady Brid Cusack, Ormonde the Butler, and the ever-cheeky Maude the Maid!

After a comparative whisky tasting in the cavernous vaults of the castle, you then take your seat in the atmospheric Nugent’s Hall, imagining yourself as part of a returning 18th-century Hunt Party. From Jun,e you can book and savour a sumptuous four-course meal, accompanied by the finest carefully selected house wine, and the evening concludes with a warming Lambay Whiskey Irish Coffee. Throughout the night, you’ll be immersed in an engaging experience that brings the castle’s rich past vividly to life.

For a Dublin night spiced with fun and a dash of history: You’ve found it!
