Christmas Day unfolds with a festive champagne breakfast and time to enjoy the estate’s peaceful surroundings. A traditional Christmas lunch is served in The Falls restaurant, where Executive Chef Mark Treacy presents a celebratory menu including the renowned Sheen Falls Smoked Salmon, Roast Turkey and Roasted Sirloin of Hereford Irish Beef. The evening continues with a relaxed Christmas buffet and fine wines, accompanied by festive music with resident pianist Jim Kiely, sing-alongs and a warm, convivial atmosphere by the fire.
On St Stephen’s Day, the annual Treasure Hunt and a selection of optional activities including horse-drawn carriage rides, falconry experiences, clay pigeon shooting and indulgent treatments at the Easanna Spa, offer a chance to enjoy the outdoors and explore the estate. As evening falls, guests are welcomed to a drinks and canapé reception, followed by a showstopping five-course Gala Dinner with paired wines and live music. The night concludes with a joyful sing-along, bringing the festivities to a celebratory close.
