Major LEGO® Lovers Kieran Cuddihy and Finn Ryan unveil ‘Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® Brick Exhibition’ at a first look today of the experience, making its European opening debut in Dublin this Sunday

It’s officially here! Over 1,000,000 LEGO® bricks have just been erected in Dublin, into a huge and diverse range of exciting models, from fashion to the animal kingdom, to fantasy. After a hugely successful worldwide tour in Australia, Asia and The United States, Irish LEGO® fans will be the first lucky Europeans to have the opportunity to be wowed by this interactive experience, as ‘Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® Brick Exhibition’ makes its European opening debut here in Dublin on Sunday.
Created by one of the world’s leading LEGO® brick artists and LEGO® certified professional Ryan ‘Brickman’ McNaught, the new LEGO® model exhibition opening in Dublin on Sunday is based on Ryan’s renowned book ‘The Bricktionary: The Ultimate A-Z of LEGO®’. The creative and colourful LEGO® wonderland has been painstakingly built in Dublin over the last week and aims to inspire the imaginations of Irish LEGO® fans, children, and adults alike.
The interactive exhibition promises a captivating blend of creativity, education, and immersive LEGO® experiences for visitors of all ages. It challenges visitors with 6 interactive build zones, features over 150 models from the bestselling book, more famous models from the much-loved television series ‘LEGO® Masters Australia’ (which is currently airing here on Channel 4). The exhibition also includes 45 new brick models from the imaginations of The Brickman team, ranging from life-size animals to space travel.
Among the first to get into the Dublin experience for an exclusive sneak peek today, Newstalk’s Kieran Cuddihy and huge LEGO® fan himself, confirms how this is not just an experience for children. Kieran said:
“As a huge LEGO® fan myself, I was simply in my element throughout that experience. I love the creativity and challenge LEGO® brick building presents, so to see models of that incredible detail, creativity, size, and scale was just so inspiring and amazing to see. After sell-out stays in cities across the globe, its super exciting that Sunday’s opening makes this the European debut. Any adults, like myself, who are LEGO® fans will be amazed by what’s on show here, but this will really be just the best day out for any Irish kids who love Lego. The play, build and challenge areas included for them are brilliant”.
Finn Ryan, who stole the hearts of the nation on The Late Late Toy Show in 2021 when he told us that his love for LEGO® began while in hospital battling cancer, spoke today about being the first child to be invited in:
“It is amazing, I was so excited to come here because I really love Lego. I can’t believe I was the first to get in. There is so much to see and it’s just so cool. I’ve never seen so many amazing LEGO® creations in one place. From life-size trees to Willy Wonka recreations, I can’t wait to try and recreate some of these myself”.
“I really loved the interactive build zones and the mystery mosaic part, where you get to help create enormous LEGO® murals, which was so exciting. But my favourite part overall was the earthquake challenge, that was so fun! You have to build LEGO® creations that are strong enough to survive. Mine lasted a magnitude 9.0 today!”

Bricktionary: The Interactive LEGO® Brick Exhibition will open in the Theatre of Light, Point Square, Dublin 1, this Sunday (Mother’s Day) March 10th.
