Eoghan O Maera Walsh of The Irish Tourism Industry Confederation caught up with CIE Tours CEO Elizabeth Crabill to hear how the experience on the ground was for their American guests. Is the Irish welcome still as strong as ever? How has the Irish tourism experience adapted and adjusted to pandemic protocols?  How does the American visitor view Ireland in terms of safety and vacation enjoyment?

Elizabeth answers these and other questions in a 15-minute interview and expresses her confidence that 2022 will be a year of strong recovery.
