On Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June, Dublin Zoo will open its gates after hours for An Evening with the Experts: Working on the Edge of Extinction – When Science Meets Science Fiction – an electrifying exploration of the prehistoric past and the future of conservation.
Headlining the evening is none other than “Dino Don” Lessem, the world-renowned palaeontologist, bestselling author, and the original science advisor to Steven Spielberg on the iconic Jurassic Park.
In his first-ever visit to Ireland, Don will lead a panel of leading experts for a night where science fiction meets science fact – diving deep into de-extinction, dino discoveries, and real-world efforts to save endangered species from disappearing forever.
