GUINNESS OPENS ITS GATES FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE WEEKEND OF MUSIC, FOOD AND CULTURE IN DUBLIN 8.

Guinness and Guinness Storehouse welcomed more than 7000 people inside the Iconic St. James’s Gate for an unforgettable 3-day music, food and culture experience. From Friday, May 23rd to Sunday, May 25th, the brewery was transformed for the ultimate cultural experience. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards a newly established Guinness Dublin 8 Community Fund, a commitment from Diageo Ireland, Guinness and Guinness Storehouse to donate €1 million over the next 5 years that aims to support and empower projects within the local community.

Friday kicked off with Scottish electronic music producer Barry Can’t Swim, alongside by JYOTY and Tara Kumar, who set the scene for an electric weekend of music. Saturday saw Ireland’s own CMAT, backed by her Very Sexy CMAT Band, perform a magical set to a captivated audience, supported by Morgana and trad supergroup BIIRD. Lovely Days Live at the Home of Guinness closed out on Sunday with a powerhouse lineup of Irish music featuring Fontaines D.C., Lankum and Chalk, ending an unforgettable weekend on the grounds of the historic Guinness brewery.

While the weekend might be over, Guinness and the Guinness Storehouse is excited to announce that they have collaborated with Fontaines D.C. to create limited-edition T-shirts exclusively for Lovely Days Live at the Home of Guinness. A limited number of T-shirts are now available to purchase at Guinness x Fontaines D.C. Black Tee – Guinness Storehouse, with all proceeds supporting the Dublin 8 Community Fund.
