New Commercial Division at Master Chefs and total sales & marketing solutions at Thomond Park

Award-winning Master Chefs, led by ambitious businessman Pat O’Sullivan, is now strategically placed for business growth across Ireland. A privately owned large-scale catering company, Master Chefs, announces its new commercial division with new jobs including a Commercial Director, Marketing Manager and ongoing recruitment for experienced hospitality sales executives.

Setting standards in catering for three decades, Master Chefs is renowned for its excellence in food production and service across many of Ireland’s largest sporting, education and corporate events, including the prominent, JP Mc Manus Pro AM Golf Tournament & National Ploughing Championships, Multiple Concerts in Thomond Park including Ed Sheeran, Pink, Bruce Springsteen and many more.

However, Master Chefs also operate across the third-level education sector with multiple University Campus contracts along with a significant presence in the healthcare & sports and leisure sectors, evolving from being a conventional event catering operation to a more diverse & ambitious business, garnering multiple awards along the way. A long-established catering partner of Thomond Park Stadium, Master Chefs has grown its services at the home of Munster Rugby to include a one-stop Sales & Marketing solution in addition to their years of catering services at the stadium.  This expansion is ambitiously targeting an increasing the conference, exhibitions & events business at the famous rugby grounds.

Currently employing 150 full time staff across its Master Chefs brands and purpose-built Artisan Food Factory in Limerick, it also has 240 loyal temporary staff including chefs, waiting, bar and hospitality professionals. The growth of a brand new commercial division is a significant investment and a strategic one for the growing events catering company who are responding to large scale enquiries.

The business is supported by 10,000sq ft Artisan Food Factory, a purpose built facility to produce a broad “Free From” range encompassing sugar free, dairy free & gluten free products. The food factory also acts as central production for all events catered for nationwide as well has the headquarters for the commercial division.
