Newbridge House and Farm is thrilled to announce the official launch of The Courtyard Kitchen. This exciting new culinary venture will offer a variety of cooking demonstrations, workshops, and events, showcasing the best of local and international cuisine. Donal Skehan was MC at the event and guests were treated to a delightful array of canapés, expertly cooked live by the talented chef from Whitestown Estate House, a neighbouring Fingal Country House.
2 standout dishes were a special recipe from the Cobbe Archives, paying homage to the estate’s long-standing culinary legacy and the chef’s interpretation of It today.
The Courtyard Kitchen will serve as a hub for food enthusiasts, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and culinary excellence. Visitors can expect to learn from expert chefs, participate in hands-on cooking classes, and enjoy delicious food and drinks.
