Earlier this month, I stumbled on this piece of research from Springboard Communications which provides a nice insight into what is going on. I reached out to Susie Horgan, MD of Springboard Communications, to get the lowdown on what companies can do to improve their internal comms. In this episode of the Good Boss Bad Boss Podcast, I found out that traditional “fire and forget” email communications are probably dead and if you want to cut through the dross, then you have to get more creative. As a bonus, we also explored the risks of starting a company from scratch and the challenges of hiring staff as an entrepreneur.
