THE ROE & CO Summer Garden kicks off at the Distillery with first restaurant partner, Crudo

7th June 2023: Roe & Co Whiskey is bringing an explosion of flavour to the Dublin 8 distillery located in the heart of The Liberties, with a new lineup of incredible local restaurants taking over Roe & Co’s Summer Garden for their signature summer whiskey and food pairing experience. First up is, Crudo, the recent winner of best casual dining in the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards.

This neighbourhood seafood restaurant is inspired by Mediterranean fare and lifestyle. Combining traditional Italian cooking with modern flavours and a keen focus on local & sustainable seafood and produce childhood friends Jamie McCarthy & Sean Crescenzi have expanded on the concept of accessible neighbourhood dining to offer something unique, taking inspiration from both of their backgrounds: Ireland & Italy. Think Italy meets Ireland with aperitivo and antipasti vibes.

This pop ups mark the start of the Roe & Co Summer Garden 2023, a whiskey and food pairing experience, previously known as D-8TE, that has been running for 3 years now. The summer series takes pride in showcasing the breadth of Roe & Co whiskey and how their cocktails complement some of the most exciting food on the Dublin scene.

Residency dates: Friday, 9th June – Saturday, 1st July.
