With acclaimed Chef Raymond McArdle and host Nick Munier
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort is delighted to announce a very special Four Hands Dining event which will take place on Wednesday, 26th March 2025. Chef Raymond McArdle from Clonabreany House and known for BBC TV’s the Great British Menu, will collaborate with Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort’s Executive Head Chef James Devers for an unforgettable evening. This exclusive event will take in The Fairways Restaurant and will be hosted by Nick Munier, former co-presenter of MasterChef and former Maître d’Hôtel of Hell’s Kitchen.
Guests attending this culinary experience will enjoy a lively and social evening centred around a meticulously crafted six-course menu, with each dish featuring locally sourced ingredients. The courses have been expertly paired with a selection of wines and mocktails options to enhance the flavoursome dining experience.
Speaking about the event, Darren Byrne, General Manager of Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Chef Raymond McArdle for this special collaboration. Tickets for the Four Hands Dining event are priced at €95 per person, and pre-booking is essential. The wine pairing is available for €50 per person and the mocktail pairing is available from €30 per person. Guests with dietary requirements must inform the hotel prior to booking.
Guests can also opt for an exclusive overnight package, priced from €319 for two people, which includes a sparkling reception, the Four Hands Dinner with Chefs James Devers and Raymond McArdle, an overnight stay in a beautiful room with a delicious breakfast the following morning.
