AWARD-WINNING ROE & CO DISTILLERY CELEBRATES ST. PATRICK’S DAY WITH POP-UP WEEKEND FESTIVAL

Roe & Co Distillery, recently crowned Visitor Attraction of the Year and Brand Innovator of the Year at the Icons of Whisky Awards 2025, is gearing up for a vibrant St. Patrick’s Festival weekend at their distillery in the heart of Dublin 8, inviting locals and tourists to experience the best of Irish culture and celebration. From March 14th to 17th, the Roe & Co Distillery will transform into a hub of celebration, featuring live music, watercolour artists, live screen printing on T-shirts and tote bags, and a curated cocktail and food menu featuring contemporary Irish dishes that highlight the finest Irish ingredients.

This St. Patrick’s Day, we’re excited to extend our award-winning hospitality as we continue to reimagine the Irish whiskey category.”

A Taste of Ireland in partnership with The Salt Project

For the festival, Roe & Co Distillery will be serving little and large versions of some delicious speciality cocktails to mark the occasion including the F-Roe-Zen Irish Coffee, the Sham-Roe Shake and the Guinness & 106 Boilermaker, with cocktail prices ranging from €5-€12.

Foodies can expect a delicious menu of Irish dishes created by renowned chef Caomhán de Brí of The Salt Project. Their menu will feature quintessential Irish serves with a modern twist, with casual food truck-style dining, highlighting the amazing quality of local produce.

Choose from dishes crafted with ingredients sourced from local farms, artisan producers, and sustainable fisheries. From The Village Butchers regenerated Dublin coddle to colcannon potatoes with Roe & Co 106 whiskey gravy, the menu promises a culinary journey through the heart of Ireland. The price of food dishes at the festival will vary from €7.50-€12.

No booking is required for the St. Patrick’s Festival weekend celebrations at Roe & Co Distillery. Guests can simply drop by and enjoy the festivities, delicious food, and raise a glass of Roe & Co Irish Whiskey in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day with live music from 3-6pm each day.
