Sheen Falls Lodge Executive Chef Mark Treacy hosts an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner with Vincent Crepel of Two Michelin Star Terre.

Sheen Falls Lodge is delighted to announce an overnight experience and exclusive Four-Hands Dinner on February 5th, 2025.

This unique culinary experience invites you to The Falls Restaurant, the collaboration brings together Sheen Falls Lodges Executive Chef, Mark Treacy, and Two Michelin Star Award-winning Chef and Patron Vincent Crepel of Terre Restaurant at Castlemartyr Resort. Together they will create a menu that celebrates the finest in-season local ingredients with their unique culinary techniques.

The overnight package at the recently awarded Two Michelin Key Sheen Falls Lodge, is priced at €530 for two people sharing, while the dinner alone is available for €150 per person.

Chef Vincent Crepel, celebrated for his culinary artistry, hails from the French Pyrenees and brings an illustrious background to the collaboration. He has honed his craft in globally renowned establishments, including Arzak in San Sebastián and Hotel de Ville Crissier in Switzerland. Crepel later founded the Parisian venture Porte12 before establishing Terre, which earned one Michelin star within six months of opening and a second a year later in 2023. His inventive and bold style merges French refinement with dynamic flavours, setting a high standard in fine dining.

Chef Mark Treacy, Executive Head Chef at Sheen Falls Lodge, brings a wealth of experience from prestigious kitchens, including Dromoland Castle, L’Ecrivain, Thorntons, The Greenhouse, and Wild Honey Inn. Originally from Co. Clare, Chef Mark joined Sheen

Falls Lodge in 2021 to lead its celebrated culinary offerings in The Falls Restaurant, where he creates exquisite seasonal menus. His culinary philosophy honours Irish tradition, refined with a nod to French techniques, delivering an imaginative dining experience.
