TULFARRIS HOTEL & GOLF RESORT TO HOST FOUR HANDS DINING EVENT

With acclaimed Library Street Chef Kevin Burke

Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort will welcome Chef Kevin Burke from Library Street restaurant to host an evening of collaborative dining with the Tulfarris Hotel & Resort Executive Head Chef James Devers. This exclusive four-hands dining event will take place on Wednesday November 27th in the beautiful surroundings of The Fairways Restaurant.

Guests can expect to enjoy the relaxed tenet of Library Street’s social, lively dining and sharing plates in the Fairways Restaurant setting. With a collaborative set menu that demonstrates both chef’s passion for quality produce, locally sourced ingredients where possible and exotic, modern dishes made from innovative ingredient pairings for a truly sensational evening of delicious contemporary dining. A thoughtfully curated wine list will be available to perfectly complement the evening’s menu, along with a mocktail pairing menu for those who prefer non-alcoholic options.

Both Chefs share a passion for quality ingredients sourced from artisan producers, modern cooking techniques and the collaboration will showcase this culinary verve. Chef James Devers said, “We are delighted to welcome Chef Kevin Burke to Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort. I’m a fan of his restaurant Library Street, so it will be a great experience to collaborate over menus and share the kitchen together. It will be a new experience for our guests to enjoy.”

Darren Byrne, the Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort General Manager said, “At Tulfarris we always hope to exceed our guest’s expectations. Having recently opened our popular spa, undertaken a resort wide refurbishment, now we are starting our gastronomy chapter with our newly appointed Executive Head Chef James Devers. This exciting four-hands chef collaboration promises to be a wonderful evening, and we are delighted to welcome Chef Kevin Burke to Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort.”

Tickets are €95 per person and booking is recommended for this special event. Guests can make a night of it with an overnight stay in the newly refurbished Tulfarris Hotel. Starting at €319 per person with a sparkling reception, Four Hands Dinner with Chef James Devers and Chef Kevin Burke, overnight accommodation in a luxurious bedroom and breakfast the following day.
